Idhayathai Thirudathe celebrates Navarathri with special episodes; Comedian Robo Shankar joins the celebration with a cameo performance

Chennai, 19 October 2020: Gear up for some special entertainment as COLORS Tamil brings to its viewers a fun-filled Navarathri special on Idhayathai Thirudathe. Starting Saturday, 24th October till Wednesday, 28th October, the week’s episodes will have vibrant celebrations along with a special cameo by renowned comedian Robo Shankar. Appearing for the first time on COLORS Tamil’s fiction show, the well-known actor-comedian is all set to captivate the audience with his charming sense of humour, further elevating the festivities on the show.

Commenting on his cameo, actor-comedian Robo Shankar said, "I have been a part of many television shows and it is a platform that has made the world take note of my talent as well.

However, this is my first appearance in COLORS Tamil’s fiction show and I am beyond thrilled to be a part of Idhayathai Thirudathe. My cameo on the show will entertain viewers and offer them a refreshing twist by bringing in liveliness to the occasion. I absolutely enjoyed working with the cast and team of Idhayathai Thirudathe. It was a fun experience for me. I hope viewers enjoy my performance as much as I enjoyed shooting for it." 

Besides Robo Shankar's special appearance, the show will also feature a series of celebrations, a grand golu set-up and a special pooja sequence to commemorate the auspicious occasion. Set to offer viewers unlimited entertainment, the episode will also have the cast grooving to Dandiya beats along with Robo Shankar.
