OLYMPIA GROUP ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF AEROHUB – A NEW SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT DESTINATION

 20th October 2023, Chennai: Olympia Group and Merlin Group, leading builders in South India, in association with Airport Authority of India announced the launch of Aerohub Mall within the premises of Chennai airport, today. The mall was inaugurated by Andrea Jeremiah in the presence of AJ Balaji – CEO, Olympia Group. Aerohub will now become the new destination for air travellers and users from across the city. The mall’s design and interiors are inspired by renowned artists and design landmarks designed by RSP India (design consultants).

The thoughtfully designed mall spread over 2.5 lakh square feet, boasts of 2 food courts, 100 + branded retail outlets, 5+ screen multiplex and parking facility for more than 2500 cars and 2-wheelers is integrated with the terminal building, metro station and multi-level car parking facility.

Speaking at the launch, a spokesperson from Aerohub Mall said, “We regard Aerohub as the one-stop destination connecting across 6-7 regions of Chennai. We aim to induce a community engagement by giving space to top-notch entertainment performances. We lead with the idea of a lifestyle destination at the airport as it is the first in the country to have air passengers reaching out to the mall. With the food court open 24*7, and the cuisine a mix of international and local flavours, it would surely be an immersive experience for patrons.

The mall offers a comprehensive experience with a wide range of entertainment alternatives, including adventure, theatre, and retail experiences. A variety of dining options, from fine dining to fast food eateries, match the mall’s chic and opulent ambience while appealing to all palates. The mall has something for everyone, whether it’s experiencing the rush of adventure, indulging in retail therapy, or watching the newest movie.
