~ Mega Medical Camp and Preventive Health Walk-A-Thon are planned as part of the 5th Anniversary ~

Chennai, 19 October 2023: Dr Mehta’s Hospitals Global Campus, the visionary healthcare institution of Dr Mehta’s Group, celebrates its 5th year anniversary. This momentous occasion was marked by joyous celebration, featuring award felicitation within the hospital’s close-knit community.

The 5th-anniversary celebration was graced by key dignitaries of Dr Mehta’s Group, including Mr Dilip Mehta - Chairman, Dr Pranav Mehta - Director, Dr Kannan, Group Medical Director, Dr Saravana Kumar, Group Unit Head, Mrs Vasantha Ramani - CBO alongside clinical staff, partnered corporates, and employees.


Reflecting the significant contribution, the hospital awarded the associated & visiting doctors, staff, and partnered Corporates, Insurance & TPA companies over the years for their relentless support and commitment. 


Speaking at the occasion of celebrating 5 years of healthcare excellence, Dr Kannan, Group Medical Director – Dr Mehta’s Hospitals, said " “This 5th-year anniversary is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing compassionate patient care. Dr Saravana Kumar, Group Unit Head – Dr Mehta’s Hospitals, emphasizes that “We are deeply proud of the incredible journey we've undertaken at the Global Campus unit. 

Although the hospital has reached half a decade since its inception as a 220-bed hospital in Velappandchavadi, it has continued its journey by harnessing cutting-edge technology. The launch of the Department of Cardiac Sciences in the latest month marks a significant milestone. 


Taking this moment to proudly say that the hospital has earned significant recognition as the Best Multispeciality Hospital in Chennai by the Times Healthcare Achievers Awards 2023, the Best Hospital for Medical Tourism by India Healthcare Awards 2022, and the Best Hospital for Innovation and Research by FICCI Healthcare Excellence Awards 2021 in the last three years.
